Refund Policy
1. General
All bookings with Nymarkgaard are subject to availability and confirmation. By making a booking, you agree to the following refund terms.
2. Cancellations by Customer

More than 48 hours before the booking: Full refund

24–48 hours before the booking: 50% refund

Less than 24 hours before the booking: No refund
3. Weather Conditions
Our services depend on weather and safety conditions.
If an activity (e.g. sauna delivery, SUP, boat rental) cannot take place due to unsafe or severe weather conditions, we offer:

Rescheduling to another available time OR
-
A partial or full refund depending on the situation
In general:

Minor weather (light rain, wind) does not qualify for cancellation

Severe conditions (storms, strong wind, unsafe sea conditions) may result in cancellation
Refund in such cases:

Up to 100% if the activity cannot be delivered at all

Partial refund (e.g. 50%) if the service is shortened or partially completed
4. Cancellation by Nymarkgaard
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to:

weather conditions
-
safety concerns
-
technical issues
In such cases, customers will receive:

a full refund OR
-
the option to reschedule
5. Late Arrival / No-Show
If the customer is not present at the agreed time or location, no refund will be provided.
6. Damage or Misuse
No refunds will be issued in cases where service is interrupted due to misuse, damage, or violation of instructions.
