Enjoy a unique and relaxing sauna experience wherever you are. Our mobile sauna is delivered directly to your holiday home, giving you the perfect way to unwind after a day at the beach or in nature. Delivery within a 20 km radius is included, as well as 15 kg of firewood – typically enough to heat the sauna and enjoy around 3–4 hours of use, depending on weather conditions. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Booking & Availability All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation until confirmed by Nymarkgaard. 2. Payment Payment details will be provided upon confirmation. Bookings may require full or partial payment in advance. 3. Cancellation Policy More than 48 hours before the booking: Full refund 24–48 hours before the booking: 50% refund Less than 24 hours before the booking: No refund 4. Weather Conditions All activities depend on weather and safety conditions. Minor weather conditions (light rain, wind) do not qualify for cancellation Severe or unsafe conditions (storms, strong wind, unsafe water conditions) may result in cancellation In such cases, we offer: Rescheduling or Partial or full refund depending on the situation Final decisions regarding weather-related cancellations are made by Nymarkgaard. 5. Use of Equipment Customers are responsible for the proper and safe use of all rented equipment. Instructions must be followed at all times Safety equipment (e.g. life jackets) must be used where required Use is at your own risk 6. Damage & Liability Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of equipment. Nymarkgaard is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages unless caused by gross negligence. 7. Late Arrival / No-Show If the customer is not present at the agreed time and location, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be provided. 8. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if safety is at risk or if conditions are not suitable. 9.
